About us
Built around a question most organizations cannot answer today.
What can the people here actually do, and who is quietly falling behind while nobody is looking? Schools, colleges and employers all run on an assumption about that. Every part of GaugeSkills exists to make it answerable on a Tuesday rather than at the end of a term or a performance cycle.
What we believe
Four things we designed around
-
Content was never the bottleneck
Every syllabus is documented, every textbook exists, and there is more training material online than anyone could work through. What a learner cannot get at 11pm is a patient explanation of the one thing they did not follow.
-
The people delivering it are not the problem
Teachers, faculty and managers already intend to do this well. The hours are what is missing. Anything that adds work to their week fails, no matter how good the demo looked.
-
A signal that arrives too late is not a signal
Result sheets and annual reviews are historical records. Useful information arrives early enough that somebody can still do something about it.
-
Measurement should serve support
Coverage, performance and skills data exist so a struggling group gets an extra session, not so an institution can rank the people who teach or manage them.
Team
This section is a placeholder
Add founder and team profiles here before launch. We have deliberately left it empty rather than filling it with stock photography and invented titles.
Replace with real names, roles and photographs. Edit
tools/build/content/legacy/about.html.
The fastest way to judge any of this is to run it on one course, one class or one team for two weeks.
